Driving in Autumn
These days,
I feel more aware,
Driving by Autumn trees,
It's not my age, I shrug,
Or does it matter, but the joy
Of watching Autumn trees go by,
The Yellows, brown ambers, oranges,
and the fading greens, bring such
An urge in me, to paint them on paper,
The textures of a fledging life
As it shines against the sky gray
It will be colder soon,
And I will enjoy the feel of my sweaters
Against my body, as I sink within their warmth
Raising my colors, or buttoning my coat,
Fall can be so coy, so private,
The woolen socks, hats, and oh, long scarfs
Making me feel snuggled, warm and safe
I wear my beard fuller these days
Black and gray thick whiskeres
Covering my face, like a blanket
This serenity that has taken me over,
Stillness of sort, no fleeting emotions,
But a certain comfort, not foggy or benevelont,
But delibrate, and clear, standing up within me,
filling me, pores and cavities, bones skull,
Like a return, or accepting of sort,
It has opened me , and walked in, claiming me all.

It swayed me to the feeling of autumn in the East Coast,,, and how much I miss it in California. Here is beautiful, but the absence of color of autumn touches me incessantly. Have you ever noticed the different connection that 'the children of the fall' have to this season?

well, I am home, its past eleven, I cant sleep and I dont have my soft wear downloaded on this computer, so this is the only way I could leave traces here, it does make you feel boxed writing in the comment section. oH I LOVE PRETTY GIRLS THAT ARE SMART, and Mehrnoush definitely covers both, unfortunately her taste in lovers, need improvement, but nobodys perfect. She is tall, dark haired, and gorgeous, studying film in Berkley, I have already told her she could direct me anytime, we wont need film either. and she has promissed me a certain SOUVENIER, next time she visits, well wellcome MEHRNOUSH, we had been waiting for you......
